The purpose of the project

A page on social networks, which will also be the face of the residential complex, the "sales department", a news portal from the management company. Increase sales and after-sales, as well as increase the visibility of the complex  in the cities of Ukraine.

Target audience

These are people from the city of Yuzhne, from other cities of Ukraine, whose desire IS to have affordable modern housing at an adequate cost by the Black Sea.

Chose communication channels for business. And created an accurate visual that meets the customer's request, and brand

One of the visual solutions from us. We regularly update the visual style to keep the audience interested. However, of course, we keep our corporate style to remain recognizable.

About loyalty

The developer with an impeccable reputation, but their recognition in Odessa, Kiev and other large cities with a solvent audience is low. Also, one of the main objections - the apartments are located in the South, not in Odessa. To work out these 2 nuances, we have introduced sections:

We publish reviews, permits, write author's articles on real estate and investments, make special projects and promotions. The sales department and builders often hold promotions (treat children with ice cream on June 1, give flowers to women on March 8, Santa Claus on Smart Mobile distributes gifts before the New Year, give gifts to children for their drawings for the holidays). And also arrange a raffle of gifts on Instagram. This raises the bar, and we invite the winners to the sales department to pick up their prizes. In this way we increase the trust in the company and introduce more and more people to SmartHouse personally.
